TG HOUSE  is a residential project shaped around the concepts of openness, continuity, and spatial potential, achieved through a reconsideration of the original plan layout. Interventions are designed as minimal touches that expand spaces and establish new spatial relationships.

This project reinterprets the existing 3+1 floor plan by repositioning non-structural walls and referencing the column axes, resulting in a reorganized home. The goal is to eliminate inefficient areas while creating larger, legible, and interconnected volumes and new functional scenarios within the existing square footage. This approach simplifies the plan while enhancing both the perceptual and physical capacity of the space.

The entrance area and the previously unused space behind the living room columns were reconfigured together; from these areas, a guest bathroom accessible directly from the entrance and a separate storage room were introduced. These previously undefined areas were integrated into the layout through the repositioning of walls, increasing the functionality of the space. The living room and kitchen were expanded based on existing column axes, with the kitchen designed to maintain a seamless spatial continuity connected directly to the dining area. To enhance the perceived spaciousness of the living room, the dining area features custom-designed wooden paneling and mirrored panel systems, which also serve as a spatial focal point.

Custom-designed plaster and panel details throughout the home, including the bedhead in the bedroom, add an elegant character to each space while creating a visual rhythm and continuity across the interior.Throughout the project, the use of light tones, material continuity, reflective surfaces, and soft lighting establishes a balanced and controlled interior language.
